Since I began thinking about creating my HDSereneScapes® films a number of years ago, I was always looking for the places I wanted to go to shoot new films.

This is what many people do not realize, and is what those who meditate understand. Looking outside ourselves can also provide us with an opportunity to let go and awaken to our inner being.

Going outside in oppressive heat is not a smart thing to do, especially in the middle of the afternoon and especially with high humidity and heat warnings.

Just a few days ago I was dwelling on the word Peace. Playing with the letters to see if I could come up with a mnemonic play on the letters. A play that would fit with my experience of the word at a personal level. Here is what I came up with…. Patience Empathy...
